LLC

So I'm thinking about registering my web company idea as an LLC in order to get a few tax benefits however its going to tak a little more research. Looking at it in the long run though I think it will be worth it. I need to do a little more research. Since it is an informational website there are things like research that I should be able to rwrite off. Again though more research is needed first.
